Robert G. photoRobert George is a native New Mexican and was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He graduated from Valley High School in 1980. Robert attended college and married Julia Jaramillo in 1984. They started their life together and have one daughter.

Robert’s first job was at Zales Corporation. Robert's career with Zales extended from 1984 to1997. He managed all the local Zales stores including the Coronado, Winrock and Atrisco Plaza locations. After managing three stores, he was promoted to District Manager for Zales and oversaw the New Mexico and Southern Texas Market. In 1997, Robert was recruited by Samuel’s Jewelers where he opened and managed the store at Cottonwood Mall for two years.

In 1999, Robert teamed up with Louis Louzietti. Both were determined to build their own successful jewelry store. Robert and Louis branched out and opened Enchanted Jewelers in September of 1999. The two have made an incredible team. Since opening Enchanted Jewelers, Robert has become Diamond Certified through The Gemological Institute of America. Robert also has become a successful designer of custom jewelry. He carves wax models for many customers who desire something unique and special.

During Robert’s career, he has had the opportunity to meet and become a part of many families in Albuquerque. These people are not just customers, but have become great friends. Robert has seen their children grow up. Now their children are getting married and having their own families and becoming customers of Enchanted Jewelers themselves. This is what drives Robert to provide exceptional customer service.

Louis L photoLouis J. Luzietti was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. Louis graduated from Cocoa High School in 1979. Shortly after graduation, Louis married Brenda Luzietti in March of 1981. They started their life together and have two children.

Louis’s first job was in 1981 working for Florida Cracker Pawn Shop. Louis was the Pawn Shop Manager overseeing a team of three. The Pawn Shop had a wide range of merchandise ranging from guns, jewelry and electronics. In 1995 Louis graduated from Stewarts International Jewelry School with advanced skills in stone setting, casting and fabricating.

In 1996, Louis and his family moved from Florida to New Mexico. Louis started a subcontracting business and was hired at the Cottonwood Mall at Samuels Jewelers, Kay’s Jewelers, Zales, as well as a few others.

While at Samuels Jewelers, Louis and Robert teamed up and discussed the opportunity of opening their own store. Louis would be the jeweler and manage the backroom and Robert would be the manager and run the front. The two opened Enchanted Jewelers in September 1999. The company has turned into a custom design, sales and major service store and has been open for ten years.

Julia G. photoJulia A. George is a native of New Mexico and was born and raised in Farmington New Mexico. She graduated from Farmington High School in 1980. Shortly after high school, Julia moved to Albuquerque where she met Robert and got married in 1984. They started their life together and have one daughter.

Julia’s first job was in 1984 working for a local bank in a variety of departments as well as branches throughout Albuquerque. While working full time with Sunwest Bank, Julia went to school and received her Bachelors Degree in Business. During her employment at Sunwest Bank, Julia went through four major acquisitions with this bank. The final acquisition was Bank of America.

Julia left Bank of America and worked for Gara Commercial, a commercial real estate company. While employed there, she obtained her Real Estate License. The owner of Gara Commercial decided to work from home so she was hired by High Desert State Bank where she was a Vice President of Loan Administration for five years.

In September 2004, Julia quit the banking business and decided to put all her time and effort into her own business, Enchanted Jewelers. Julia has always worked in the business but on the side lines. She now works at Enchanted Jewelers full time with her husband, Robert. Both are working towards a common goal, making the business work no matter how many hours are needed. Julia states, "The fruits of our labor are sweeter because it’s ours and we want to see it succeed."

Connie B. photoConnie Bernabei is a native Californian who married the man of her dreams in 1979. She has two grown children, six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. She managed and promoted her husband’s 12-piece orchestra for over 20 years and has also been employed as a Bank Teller, an Ad Designer for a real estate magazine, a Vice President of a Trust Company, an Office Manager for various companies, a Marketing Director, and an Executive Assistant to the President of a large structural and civil engineering company.

Connie and her husband both retired and relocated to New Mexico in 2006. She became a regular customer and frequent visitor at Enchanted Jewelers. It was very apparent that she belonged behind the glass counters filled with jewelry and soon became an employee at Enchanted Jewelers.

With all the years of her “Customer Service” expertise, she belongs at Enchanted Jewelers, where keeping the customer happy is a high priority.
